great service , but small room

The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I loved the stunning lake view from my room, which added a beautiful touch to my mornings. Additionally, the restaurant offered a delightful array of dishes, and the staff were attentive and friendly, enhancing the dining experience.

Consider renting bikes for a scenic ride along the lake. it's a fantastic way to explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the fresh air.

The beds were just two singles pushed together, which means they separated while sleeping. a simple fix that should've been addressed. Housekeeping also missed a few details, like not replacing used toiletries and dirty coffee cups left behind. No AC made for some discomfort, depending on the room's exposure to heat.

The location right on Lake Lucerne blew me away. I spent mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, soaking in the breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The breakfast spread was fantastic. I looked forward to it every day. The staff, especially Ms. Isabel and Mr Daniel, were super friendly, making me feel at home. They even provided a brochure with recommended activities which I found very helpful. The Cozy Double Room with Lake View was a pleasant retreat, though the beds felt a bit firm for my preference. One downside was the lack of air conditioning. it made the warmer days less comfortable. Overall, the charming atmosphere and hospitality made my stay memorable despite a few minor inconveniences.

However, there was only one electrical socket at a reachable spot, which made charging devices tricky. I would definitely choose this place again!
